BREAKING NEWS! The Larimer Arts Center is now the home of Gathering Artists of Putnam. After substantial deliberations by the Palatka City Counsel, it has been decided that a collaboration between the River City Players, The Arts Alliance of Putnam and the Gathering Artists of Putnam will administer the facility and programming. Full activities of the GAP will take effect in January. However, keep an eye out for initial activities to take place celebrating the upcoming holidays.

Supporting The Revitalization Of Palatka And Putnam County Through The Arts
Gathering Artists Of Putnam started as a grass roots campaign beginning with local artists and the mayor of Palatka, in September, 2023. It quickly blossomed into an active and committed group of local artists who wanted to share their work within the community, and local business owners, patrons, and community members who enthusiastically supported them.
The group evolved into an LLC and Art Cooperative in May, 2024 and had a gallery location at 712 St. Johns Avenue in the quaint and lovely town of Palatka, Florida.
The gallery at 712 St. Johns Avenue is now offline. Our many thanks to Jeremy Alexander for renting us this space for a song. It lasted a year and helped us out immensely. Stay tuned for the next iteration of the GAP at the Larimer Arts Center!
