My name is Sara DeLong-Mulligan and I am an acrylic artist who has a very profound voice.
Through the vibrant, expressive medium of acrylic paint, I channel my deep connection to both the Earth and the cosmos. My work is a reflection of the sacred dance between the grounded beauty of nature—lush forests, wild creatures, flowing waters—and the expansive mystery of the universe—stars, nebulae, and celestial energy.

Each painting is a prayer and a portal. I honor Mother Earth in the textures, colors, and organic forms that root the viewer in the present moment. At the same time, I invite the essence of Father Spirit through cosmic elements that remind us of our infinite nature and the unseen realms beyond.

Acrylics allow me to move intuitively, blending the tangible with the mystical. I often layer natural landscapes with celestial visions to create scenes where the physical and spiritual worlds meet—where a whale’s breath becomes a galaxy, or a tree’s roots glow with stardust. My art seeks to awaken a felt sense of connection to all that is—above, below, and within.

Ultimately, my practice is about remembering. Remembering that we are not separate from nature, nor from the stars—that we are the children of both Earth and Sky.
